All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Sarah Mae Crochet are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges or provide refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, customer ordering errors, or other personal preferences.

Please review all product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colors, materials, processing times, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Handmade Characteristics

Every Sarah Mae Crochet item is handmade. Small differences in stitching, shape, size, tension, facial features, and color or pattern placement are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Colors may also appear somewhat different depending on the screen and device used to view the product.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at sarah@sarahmaecrochet.com.

Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after an order has been placed or preparation has begun.

If Sarah Mae Crochet cancels an order that has not shipped, the applicable payment will be returned to the original payment method.

Problems With an Order

Although all sales are final, please contact us if you receive an incorrect item or experience another problem with your order.

Email sarah@sarahmaecrochet.com and include:

  • Your name and order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the item and the problem
  • Photographs of the shipping package and label, when applicable

Please keep the item and its packaging until you receive a response. Do not mail, discard, alter, or attempt to repair the item before contacting Sarah Mae Crochet.

Each reported issue will be reviewed individually. If Sarah Mae Crochet determines that a resolution is appropriate, available options may include repair, replacement, or another solution determined by the circumstances.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
