SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS

We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe and display our products. However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, and display settings.

Sarah Mae Crochet products are handmade. Small variations in measurements, shape, stitching, tension, facial features, and color or pattern placement are natural characteristics of handmade crochet products and are not considered defects. Product measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

We cannot guarantee that a product’s appearance will be identical to its photographs or to another handmade item of the same design.

Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit the quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS, AND FINAL SALES

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Sarah Mae Crochet reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for any lawful reason. Payment must be received and processed before an order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed after an order has been accepted or preparation has begun. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at sarah@sarahmaecrochet.com.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final. Sarah Mae Crochet does not accept returns or exchanges or provide refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, handmade variations, or ordering errors made by the customer.

If you receive an incorrect item or experience another problem with your order, email sarah@sarahmaecrochet.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs. Do not mail an item to Sarah Mae Crochet unless you have received written instructions.

If Sarah Mae Crochet cancels an unshipped order or is required by law to allow cancellation, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is placed and will appear in the order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed product prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges. Any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

Prices offered through our online store may differ from prices offered at craft shows, markets, special events, or other sales locations.

Promotions may be governed by additional terms. If promotion-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion-specific terms will govern that promotion.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, shipping, and account information. You agree to promptly update information as necessary so that we can process your transaction and contact you about your order.

You represent and warrant that:

  1. The payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete.

  2. You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  3. Charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider.

  4. You will pay all applicable product prices, shipping charges, and taxes.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Sarah Mae Crochet currently ships orders only to addresses within the United States.

Ready-to-ship products normally leave Sarah Mae Crochet within 5–8 business days after the order is placed and payment is received. Custom or made-to-order products may have different processing times, which will be communicated separately.

Orders are generally shipped through USPS Ground Advantage and include tracking. A flat $5 shipping charge applies to orders under $25. Orders of $25 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, service disruptions, incorrect customer-provided addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we learn that we cannot ship an order within the time stated, we will notify the customer and provide the legally required opportunity to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, its movement and delivery are controlled by the carrier. If you believe a package has been lost, misdelivered, or otherwise affected during shipment, contact us at sarah@sarahmaecrochet.com so we can review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next steps.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services, including our trademarks, brand elements, text, photographs, graphics, product designs, videos, audio, and the selection and arrangement of that content, are owned by Sarah Mae Crochet or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, noncommercial purposes only. Without prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit materials from the Services except as permitted by law.

Sarah Mae Crochet is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with Sarah Mae Crochet.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Sarah Mae Crochet, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Sarah Mae Crochet.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. If we cancel a paid order before shipment, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR PROHIBIT CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS. IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS APPLY ONLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SARAH MAE CROCHET AND ITS PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS, AND SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED AND EVEN IF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES HAS BEEN COMMUNICATED.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sarah Mae Crochet, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, partners, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, damages, or liabilities, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:

These Terms and the policies and operating rules posted through the Services constitute the entire agreement between you and Sarah Mae Crochet concerning your use of the Services. They supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals concerning the Services, whether oral or written.

Any ambiguity in these Terms will not automatically be interpreted against the party that drafted them.
